7 good reasons to insist on HYGHSPIN
HYGHSPIN twin screw pumps from Jung Process Systems set new standards. We will demonstrate with 7 strong arguments why these pumps are also the first choice for you.
-
1. Pumps with unique flexibility
The self-balancing rotors with lower moments of inertia result in an extended revolution range of up to 4000 rpm. One pump is sufficient for a very broad flow volume range and viscosity range. The pumps can be implemented for various media and simultaneously as a CIP-Conveying pump. The same pump can be utilised for various tasks.

2. Gentle to products, nearly pulsation-free conveying with excellent suction capability
The product will be axially shifted and not centrifuged. Every rotation positions the product with the incline of the feed screw and not back to the circumference of the rotors. Lower conveying speeds result in a very gentle conveyance for sensitive products. Chambers are filled on the suction side at all times and then emptied on the pressure side. The conveying behaviour is therefore almost pulsation free and ensures a perfect suction capability and a lower NPSH value with the reduced turbulences.

3. Highest hygiene level
HYGHSPIN pumps do not require a bypass for cleaning. The pumps will be cleaned by the complete CIP-Flow. The mechanical seals will be rinsed at the same time and are positioned directly in the main flow. This results in much higher flow rate speeds and a considerably improved cleanability. The construction is free of cavities and self-emptying. EHEDG and 3A Certificates are also available. A sterilisation by utilising steam (SIP) is also possible without any special measures.
-
4. Simple system layout
The flexibility of the HYGHSPIN pumps means that a pump bypass and an external CIP-Conveying pump can be dispensed with. The valve and their control system can be omitted. The investment, maintenance and service costs, as well as the failure of components, sink considerably.
-
5. High wear resistance / no effects from abrasion in the product
The conveyor elements operate contact free. Abrasion cannot therefore enter into the product. The pump is safe-to-run dry with the relevant mechanical seal. Very abrasive media can also be conveyed in conjunction with strengthened conveying elements. This results in higher availability for the pumps and longer service life.
-
6. Corrosion free / easy to service design
HYGHSPIN pumps are made of stainless steel and are therefore corrosion free. Grey cast iron components will not be utilised in the design. This also ensures that the external hygiene standards will be maintained. HYGHSPIN pumps are also particularly easy to service. Guide bolts simplify the assembly of the housing components. The inspection opening enables the flank clearance for the feed screws to be set directly in the system without dismantling the motor and the gearbox housing.

7. Space-saving, operationally safe and hygienic block construction
HYGHSPIN pumps in block construction reduce the space requirement in the system. Pumps and motor shaft are jointly centred by utilising positive form locking so that any resulting damage can be excluded from non-aligned or tensioned couplings. This therefore increases the operational safety. The shaft coupling is protected against corrosion and the pumps can be easily cleaned from the outside. Dirt and contamination build up below the protection against coming into contact or also the need for a larger base plate are prevented.
